Interesting discovery by Nigerian troops - a web of tunnels used as hiding places for Boko Haram fighters, weapons, artillery caches and such. This would explain a lot of how Boko Haram in Sambisa has been so difficult to find in some areas.

ISIS terrorists spreading 'flesh eating bug' across Syria as biologic weapon

Islamic extremists are spreading a flesh eating bug across war-torn Syria, according to health experts.
The bug is being spread as a result of ISIS militants slaughtering innocent people and dumping their bodies in the street. Known as Leishmaniasis disease, there have been 500 reported cases in Syria over the last year.

Hollande – France To Step Up Fight Against ISIL

France’s president has said his country will step up its fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group, launching a week of diplomacy with a meeting with the British prime minister in Paris. Francois Hollande and David Cameron held a joint press conference in the French capital on Monday, a day after French police appealed for help in identifying one of the men involved in the Paris attacks.

Chinese Soldiers In ‪Mali‬ Conduct Counter-Terrorism Exercises Following The Radisson Hotel Attack

The third batch of Chinese peacekeeping force conduct an emergency deployment readiness exercise on Nov. 21 in order to improve its ability to counter terrorism. A group of unidentified men attacked a hotel in Mali's capital Bamako at around 8 a.m. on Friday, seizing 170 guests and staff. Three Chinese citizens were killed in this attack, the Chinese Embassy confirmed.

Nigerian troops engaged in a clearance operation over the weekend in Gramari village, Damboa local government area of Borno state.The assault led to the recovery of several rifles, ammunition, bomb making devices, among other dangerous materials. Over 30 bags of grains Boko Haram insurgents looted from villages were recovered. Similarly, nearly a dozen drums containing petrol were found at the Boko Haram hideout.

BREAKING: Suicide Bomber Strikes Again In Maiduguri, Scores Feared Dead

At least 9 people were killed today by a suicide bombing in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital, according to a local resident and Emergency Management Agency official.‎ The suicide attack occurred near the Muna garage area of Maiduguri. Baba Kura. ''We heard loud explosions in our area and we quickly went to the scene and we found nine people dead and a vehicle seriously damaged,'' a source told SaharaReporters.

A State Emergency Management Agency official told SaharaReporters on the condition of anonymity that 6 people were recovered from the scene along Dikwa road.

Mali Hotel Attack Ends; All Hostages Freed From The Radisson Hotel After Special Forces Raid

Mali's Security Minister Salif Traore has told a news conference that the gunmen in the Radisson hotel are no longer holding any hostages. Mali's presidency has tweeted thanking the security forces and friendly countries for their support in the attacks on the Radisson, the luxury hotel in Bamako. Following the announcement, the AFP news agency is quoting Mali's Security Minister Salif Traore telling journalists that the security forces are now "in the process of tracking [the attackers] down".

 Reuters news agency report that UN peacekeepers have counted 27 bodies at the attack of a luxury hotel in Bamako.

See The Man Who Reportedly Made The Suicide Vests Used By Gunmen In #ParisAttacks

According to reports, this is the suspected bomb-maker who anti-terror police believe made the suicide vests used by gunmen in the Paris attacks. The man, who is only named as Mohamed K and is from Roubaix in northern France, is thought to have put together the explosives and detonators before giving them to the suicide bombers, who killed 129 people in Paris on Friday evening.

2 Terror Suspects Killed, 7 Arrested As Police Finally End Saint Denis Raid..#ParisAttacks

The violent, hours-long operation in Saint-Denis, a Paris suburb has finally ended with two suspected terrorists dead, seven detained, new attacks potentially thwarted. Heavy gunfire was reported for several hours beginning around 4:30 a.m. local time in the northern Paris suburb of Saint-Denis..
Five police officers were injured during the incident. A police dog named Diesel was also killed.

Germany cancelled a football match against Holland in Hanover last night just 90 minutes before kick-off after receiving 'concrete information' about a terror threat. A concert venue in the city was also evacuated amid heightened security concerns in the wake of last week's atrocities in Paris. One report on a local newspaper website claimed an ambulance packed with explosives has been found outside the arena. Announcements at the 45,000-capacity stadium in northern Germany advised fans to leave calmly and that there was no danger. Most fans were still waiting outside when the order to evacuate came.

An explosion suspected to be from an improvised Explosive Device, IED, has just occurred at a Motor Park in Yola, Adamawa State.
A witness, Mohammed Danasabe, told PREMIUM TIMES that the explosion was so loud it could be heard all over the city.
He said many people were killed, but could not give
a figure.
