Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra state and his wife, Osodieme at Nkpor to see the progress of work at failed Portion of Enugu-Onitsha Expressway being repaired by Anambra State Government.... According to reports, he used the opportunity to plead with President Buhari and the new Minister to facilitator the refund of over N25b being owed the State.
