Designed in 1940 by architect Arthur Hawes and remodeled nearly a decade later by architect Paul Williams, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is situated on over one-third of an acre.
Inside, the home boasts a cozy living room with a fireplace and large windows that fill the room with natural light. There’s also a large family room that features a beamed, vaulted ceiling and a built-in for bookshelves and a TV nook running along one wall.
The house also has a modest formal dining room as well as a breakfast nook.
Outside, an in-ground pool is surrounded by trees for privacy and shade. The brick-paved courtyard offers ample space for an outdoor dining table and areas to entertain. Beside the pool, the backyard also has a structure with two bathrooms and changing rooms.
