Through the campaign, the iconic brand took its care for mothers to a new height entirely. Three Crowns African Queen of Hearts Mother’s Day celebration held at St. Peter's Anglican Church Ikenegbu, in the ancient city of Owerri, Imo State on Sunday May 12, 2019. There, most of the mothers went away with assortment of products and prizes from Three Crowns milk while three of them were grand prize winners of an all-expense paid weekend vacation at a luxury resort with their families.Mrs. Kate Nnwaobi, grand prize winner (left); Mrs. Veronica Ihemanma, grand prize winner (2nd from left) and Mrs. Chinwe Iroapali grand prize winner (right), during the Three Crowns African Queen Mother’s Day event in Owerri, Imo State. The grand prize winners were Mrs. Kate Nnwaobi, Mrs. Chinwe Iroapali and Mrs. Veronica Ihemanma. Expressing her excitement at emerging a grand prize winner, Mrs. Veronica Ihemanma, said, “the grand price is more than worth it for me. I cannot thank Three Crowns milk enough”. In her own case, Mrs. Kate Nnwaobi, another grand prize winner declared, “See how Three Crowns has brilliantly celebrated mothers as queens. Tell me, what else can beat that?” Mrs. Chinwe Iroapali, the third grand prize, simply said, “It’s been both exciting and fantastic. I am simply overwhelmed. All I can say is Thank You to Three Crowns”.  Earlier in his welcome address, Akeem Audu, Brand Manager of Three Crowns Milk reiterated that “the event was an icing on the cake of a campaign which started a few weeks back as a build-up to Mother’s Day 2019 where we rewarded Nigerian mothers who shared and uploaded pictures of their different African Hair styles on the brand’s social media pages. The campaign was executed via the hash tag #ThreeCrownsAfricanQueen and #ThreeCrownsMilk. It was really exciting to hear people talk about different styles such as Shuku, Didi, Koroba, Face-me-I-Face-You, etc all of which are among the hilarious names for hairstyles in Nigeria. Brand ambassador (left) and Mrs. Chinwe Iroapali grand prize winner, during the Three Crowns African Queen Mother’s Day event in Owerri, Imo State.According to him, the campaign was aimed at showcasing how Three Crowns cares for and appreciates the mum as the heart of the family”. He congratulated the prize winners and thanked all participants across the length and breadth of Nigeria, promising them to look forward to more and more exciting campaigns and activities from their favourite brand – Three Crowns milk. It would be recalled that Mother’s Day is symbolic and has been set aside world-wide to celebrate and acknowledge mothers. Thus, Three Crowns’ African Queen of Hearts campaign was aimed at celebrating mothers as the crown jewel at the heart of every home. This campaign, as the Senior Brand Manager, Omolara Banjoko explained, appreciates the fact that the Hair is the Crown of every African Mother; she wears it with great pride and goes the extra mile to make it look beautiful at all times. Three Crowns having positioned itself as the visible Crown of every Mum by nourishing her physical wellbeing with essential vitamins and minerals is a milk that cares for mums’ heart so she can continue to give her family the best care and love.  Three Crowns, it must be emphasized, is the only Milk Endorsed by the Nigerian Heart Foundation as a heart friendly milk brand. More importantly it’s the first milk brand to show care for mothers and to acknowledge the important role they play in the family. The brand recognizes that when mothers, socially believed to be primary care takers, are well taken care of, this directly and positively impacts the care they give to their families. The brand has thus given itself the patriotic task of encouraging women to eat and live healthy, thereby making fitness a lifestyle. Friesland Campina WAMCO, makers of Three Crowns milk, is the country’s largest dairy company and has been in Nigeria for over 60 years. The Company believes that milk is an essential nutrient for every individual. Little wonder that it has blessed the nation with two flagship brands: Peak milk and Three Crowns milk, Nigeria’s leading low cholesterol milk brand. The brand (Three Crowns) has, for three decades, nourished mothers and their families with essential vitamins and minerals that support their wellbeing. The post Three Winners emerge at the Three Crowns Mothers Day African Queen of Hearts Celebration appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
